From time to time, life drives us out of our boundaries. Caught in the rut of daily life, we might choose to not let our worries, fears, pain, and grudge surface, lest they disrupt the flow or disturb a lifestyle we have gotten used to. However, sooner or later, the pent-up feelings do find a way out. Unless processed and channeled properly and in time, they could cause severe health disorders, depression, or an undesirable emotional outburst. What has been kept hidden, ignored, and shoved to the back bench must be attended to and taken care of before such situations arise.
Compassion is the best healer. Talking about yourself and your life challenges can release much of the pain and insecurities you have carried within your heart all this time. That is why I started my new series of individual one-on-one talk sessions with those who find it difficult to communicate their pain, sorrow, and grief, or to cope with the challenges life has thrown at them. Being an empath always helps me connect with you and reach the source of your problems. I provide a safe space for you to talk without inhibitions and fear of being judged.
