Your Space To Heal

From time to time life pushes us to stretch our boundaries every which way possible. Caught in this rut we might unconsciously accumulate a dirty pile within us... a pile of fear, pain, insecurities and what not. Then we protect it and make sure it stays buried deep within and never surfaces nor finds expression lest the flow of life and the lifestyle we have somewhat gotten used to over time get disrupted. However, sooner or later, the lava of bottled toxins does find a way out. Unless processed, channeled and released it could gradually manifest in the body as health disorders, depression or mental-emotional imbalance that might at times become intense or even fatal. What has been kept hidden, ignored, and shoved to a forlorn corner of the mind must be retrieved, attended to and taken care of early so such eventualities do not occur.

Compassion is the best healer.

Whatever it is that you are going through, be kind to yourself. Give yourself a chance to heal. Allow yourself to express your buried feelings, fears and wounds from time to time. This helps release much of the pain and insecurities you have been carrying within your heart so as to protect a life or a relationship that would in reality gain much from such release.
